Happy Anniversary!

Well everyone, it’s been 3 years since I started this site. It has grown from a little blog on tumblr, to this site on WordPress.

I want to take the opportunity to thank so many people who have helped me grow this site over the past 3 years.

My Bethylville friends! Brandy, Carla, Patti, Suzi, Chrissy, Carolyn, Jenna, Alex. Thanks for the dare to make this site and for helping me getting it started. I would have never thought I could accomplish this without your ideas and cheerleading.

Jennifer…@leftmywingshome. You are the bestest! I adore you and consider you family even though we have never met in person. We will rectify this one day!

To all those who have helped through the years with reviews and banners, you all rock!

My followers! I wouldn’t be here without you. You are amazing for allowing me into your lives. Thank you for reading and taking interest and participating in projects I’m working on. It makes my heart fill with joy to have you supporting me.

All the Bethyl writers out there! Whether you are well known or just starting out, thank you for taking the time to express yourself and get out the ideas that you have. This ship still floats because of every last one of you! I want to be friends with every one of you.

Timeline

Well guys, we got through the first half of Season 8 and now we get to wait. But that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy ourselves.

As of the New Year, we will be celebrating the 3rd Annual Moonshine Awards and it’s going to be a great one this year.

Starting January 1st, 2018, Nominations will be open to the public. The categories include:

Fanfiction completed in the year 2017

  • Best Multi-Chapter

  • Best On The Road Fic

New This Year for Fanfiction completed from 2014-2017

Nominations will be open until the 10th of January.

Nominees will be announced on January 15th and voting will begin on January 17th.

Voting will close on January 27th

Winners will be announced on January 29th.

In February, we will be holding our first writing contest of the year. I encourage new writers to join us and show us what you got. You will have 6 weeks to write a story on the theme presented on February 1st.
