Daryl is a sweet country boy. Beth is a bad biker chick with a worse reputation.
Beth, the youngest of the Greene family, has lived a really sheltered life: typical southern belle, attends church on Sundays, gets straight A’s, etc. But what happens when she decides to try something new? (Slow build with a slight crossover involving Sons of Anarchy and Breaking Bad though knowledge of either show is unnecessary.)
All Beth wanted to do was bake and make her mother proud. In the small town of Woodbury she’ll get to do that. But this town has much bigger plans for her and a certain redneck butcher.

Beth is a young single mother who is trying to get her baking business off the ground. She works from home and is observant of those around her. She knows of the two men who live in the apartment across from her. One comes home late at night, drunk and stumbling into walls, and the other is quiet, hardly speaking at all.
He saved her that early morning in the doughnut shop and didn’t say anything to her afterwards. He went back to his doughnut and coffee and didn’t even look at her again. But Beth looked at the older man with the too-long hair and frown on his face and couldn’t look away.
